1. Is there a minimum amount of time to rent a limo?
Yes, there is a 3 hour minimal unless the run is a transfer (point A to B).
2. Can we drink Alcohol in the cars?
Drinking is only permitted if all clients in the car are of legal age. Limo Scene WILL NOT supply any form of alcohol.
3. Can we smoke in the car?
Smoking is absolutely prohibited in all vehicles at all times NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. What is included in my service?
Complimentary soft drinks/water, red carpet, and upon request balloons can be added to car.
5. How much tip should we give the driver?
15% to 20% is customary for all drivers. Upon request gratuity can be built into the price of the service.
6. Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $200 dollar deposit is required for all jobs, unless it is a transfer (Point A to B) then the full amount is due upon reservation.
7. What forms of payment do you except?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Certified funds, and Cash. For Corporate clients we can set up corporate accounts.
8. Are you Licensed and Insured?
Yes, we have our Public Service License, our USDOT License, and all drivers carry a passenger for hire and when required a Commercial Drivers License. For insurance we carry the required amount per vehicle.
9. How do we know if the car is in good shape?
All cars are properly maintenance by certified mechanics on monthly basis. All cars are detailed on a daily basis. Upon request client can view the vehicles at our shop if available.
